Local company secures naming rights partnership on the Central Coast

Central Coast-based leading Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) manufacturing and distribution company Industree Group has today been unveiled as the new official naming rights partner of Central Coast Stadium.

Tomorrow night’s CommBank Matildas v Thailand International women’s football match will be the first event to be played at the venue under its new name, Industree Group Stadium.

“To kick off this exciting new partnership with a Matildas match at Industree Group Stadium is something we are very much looking forward to,” said Industree Group CEO, Mr Jon Fleming.

“To be able to contribute back into the local community where our head office is based and many of our staff and their families live, is a fantastic opportunity and one that we are very passionate about evolving for the benefit of the community.”

As a proud NSW Central Coast-based company operating and distributing successfully at a multi-national level, Industree Group owners Jason Stenning, Melanie Stenning and Jon Fleming celebrate their fifteenth year of operation this year.

“Securing the naming rights of such an iconic local Central Coast asset now adds another really positive layer to our fifteen-year anniversary celebrations,” said Industree Group Co-Founder and Managing Director, Mr Jason Stenning.

Industree Group Stadium Venue Manager Kath Casey is delighted that a local Central Coast company with a multi-national presence has invested significantly into the naming rights partnership.

“Industree Group Stadium is the people’s stadium on the Central Coast and this naming rights partnership is all about investing in the future and success of our region,” Ms Casey said.

“Industree Group is one of the great business success stories here on the Central Coast and this partnership will enable us to deliver on our commitment to bring the best events to our region, drive local tourism and business, and deliver the best possible event experience for the fans at our beautiful Stadium.

“We will begin the transition to Industree Group Stadium from today.”

Central Coast Council Administrator Rik Hart has welcomed the support of the Industree Group as the new official naming rights sponsor for the Stadium.

“This commitment from a Central Coast business is wonderful to see and is a sign of confidence in the Stadium’s ability to be able to host big events,” said Central Coast Council Administrator, Mr Rik Hart.

“Council’s aim is to be able to deliver and support high-quality events on the Coast, which will help boost business and visitation, as well as bring the community together.”

Located on the Gosford waterfront in the heart of the NSW Central Coast, Industree Group Stadium is the Home of Live Sport, Entertainment and Community Events for the Central Coast region.

Tomorrow night’s CommBank Matildas v Thailand football international will be the last opportunity fans have to see the Matildas in action in Australia until the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

As the Industree Group Stadium events calendar continues to grow, the Central Coast Mariners – the hugely popular A-Leagues football club – has recently locked in at least 12 A-League Men’s home games per season and all Women’s home matches at the Stadium through until at least 2025/26.

The Mariners will field a team in the A-League Women’s competition from next season – creating further pathways for young footballers on the Central Coast, with Industree Group already making a commitment of support to the Mariners new women’s team over and above the new stadium naming rights deal.

The Sydney Roosters have confirmed they will be bringing their Round 14 Sunday afternoon NRL blockbuster against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs to Industree Group Stadium on Sunday 4 June (2pm kick-off).

The Sydney Roosters and the South Sydney Rabbitohs will both host 2023 NRL Pre-Season Challenge matches at Industree Group Stadium as part of two big double-headers on Friday 10 February and Friday 17 February, which will also feature the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, Newcastle Knights, Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles and 2022 NRL Grand Finalists, the Parramatta Eels.

Industree Group Stadium is operated by leading event and venue management company VenuesLive on behalf of Central Coast Council.
